Shared Standard Co. was founded by sisters Mary and Brenna, built on a shared commitment to hard work, reliability, and attention to detail.

Raised in a family of six, Mary and Brenna developed a strong work ethic early on, along with a deep understanding of responsibility, teamwork, and caring for others.

Mary is a licensed practical nurse who has worked full-time in healthcare for several years while raising her two children and completing nursing school. Her ability to manage high standards in fast-paced environments translates directly into the level of care and consistency she brings to every home.

Brenna holds a degree in accounting and brings both precision and hands-on experience to the business. She previously worked with a professional cleaning company, where she quickly advanced into a training role due to her attention to detail and efficiency. She has spent the past several years as a stay-at-home mom while continuing to take on accounting and tax-related work.
